Our total liability arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid, if any, by you for the Services during the twelve months prior to the claim or (b) US$100.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by ceasing all access. Sections 5–11 shall survive termination.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Artisans with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
